The Skinny Monster Cookie

The Monster Cookie has a skinny cousin. Same fabulous taste but slimmed down and lightened up! As always, wheat gluten-free, but we used Splenda in place of sugar, low-fat peanut butter, bittersweet dark chocolate, and free-range chicken eggs. If we hadn't told you, you would never know! We've been thinking about using it for a meal replacement here at Grammy K Central!
